Air Jordan with new collections along with some memorable collaboration is always a blockbuster in the sneaker world. Every year coming with their new retros and editions is not a big deal for the brand which has a royal history back in three decades but they are very focused in how they feature it in the market. The collaborations with the mainstream figures are always a trend for Jump man from years back. The new year 2019 also they have a lot of overwhelming editions that hit the market for their drooling customers.

In New Year’s summer collection too, they have much extravagant collaboration. One of the most awaited sneakers is the Trophy Room x Air Jordan 5. The trophy room is a sneaker boutique found by the legendary basketball player Michael Jordan’s son Marcus Jordan. The store was opened solely by the inspiration from Michael Jordan’s Trophy Room located in his Chicago mansion. The store was opened on May 23rd, 2016 at Disney Springs, Orlando, Florida. The store has already released two exclusive Air Jordan collections.

Trophy Room x Air Jordan 5 is an exclusive release from the store. But the images of the sneaker was first set public by P.J.Tucker. P.J.Tucker is a well-known American basketball player who plays for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The thirty-three-year-old is the biggest sneakerhead in the NBA. Being a super fanatic of sneaker his recent purchase of one of the sneaker was really staggering.

After the release of the images from the Instagram account of the Houston Rocket later the sneaker will be elevated by the Trophy Room retail shop in the market. The sneaker colorways will be a reflection to the Travis Scott’s Houston Oilers which is premiered by the inspiration from Air Jordan 4 and 2009 released Air Jordan 5. This upcoming sneaker release is not purely for the public. The shoes will be featured in two colorways the sneakers that hit the market will have light powder blue pair touted with hot red and crisp white accents that resemble more of the cactus Jack which was a 2017 colorway and the short collection pair premiered for the family and friends have a bright red presenting a similarity with the classic red suede edition Air Jordan 5 that comes under the 2009s DMP Raging Bull pack.

The other embellishments of the sneakers include a 5 featured on the lateral side in place of Air Jordan’s 23 and a Trophy Room logo stitched to its heel replacing the classic Jumpman and Nike branding for a special touch. An official release of the sneakers is not yet announced as the Trophy Room at the Disney Springs is relocating. So the release date will be around the opening of the new store.
